Refund Process:

Extreme Motus provides a 30-day money-back guarantee on all-terrain wheelchairs. Please review the additional terms and conditions below:
Return Period:
- The chair must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Condition of the Chair:
- The chair must be in the same condition as when received.
- The original packaging is required for all returns.
Shipping Costs:
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways, with a flat rate of $370 applied for return shipping.
Proof of Purchase:
- A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.
Inspection and Refund Process:
- Once the chair is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return conditions.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after the inspection is completed.
Purchases Without Prior Testing:
- If you purchase a chair without testing it first, the 30-day return policy still applies. However, you must cover shipping costs both ways if the chair does not meet your needs.
Exclusions to General Returns

- Customized or Special-Order Items: Products customized to your specifications are non-returnable unless defective.
